En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales (Reglamento general de protección de datos, RGPD) y de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDyGDD), le informamos de que los datos personales, incluidas las fotografías, recogidos en esta página web se podrán incorporar y procesar en un tratamiento de responsabilidad de Geoskop, S.L. para ponernos en contacto con Vd. por vía telefónica o electrónica a través de su dirección de email, y otras finalidades: atender su solicitud de información, sus comentarios o consultas; hacerle llegar notificaciones electrónicas, comunicaciones comerciales; darle de alta en el boletín y/o para garantizar una correcta atención en nuestras comunicaciones con Vd.

Los titulares de los datos personales quedan informados y consienten expresamente que Geoskop, S.L., como responsable del tratamiento, pueda tratar, comunicar, ceder y, en su caso, transferir internacionalmente los datos personales, incluidas fotografías del usuario, para sus finalidades legítimas, exclusivamente a las entidades que participan en sus actividades, desarrollo y fin social, así como a las personas y entidades directamente relacionadas con Geoskop, S.L.

En atención a nuestro compromiso de velar por la privacidad, Geoskop, S.L. tiene como prioridad mantener una esmerada confidencialidad de toda la información que Vd. haya podido confiarnos y dispone de los medios técnicos, organizativos y humanos necesarios para garantizar que sólo el personal autorizado tenga acceso a sus datos, y en todo caso con pleno respeto a su intimidad.

El 10 de julio de 2023 la Comisión Europea ha adoptado la decisión de adecuación relativa al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE.UU, 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo

relativa al nivel adecuado de protección de los datos personales en el marco de la privacidad de los datos entre la UE y los EE.UU. Lo que facilita y garantiza que empresas de Estados Unidos puedan tratar datos de ciudadanos europeos.

En atención a esto, Geoskop, S.L. velará para que todas las transferencias internacionales se realicen siempre que el interesado haya dado explícitamente su consentimiento a la transferencia propuesta, tras haber sido informado de los posibles riesgos para él de dichas transferencias debido a la ausencia de una decisión de adecuación y de garantías adecuadas, Tal y como viene determinado en al artículo 49.1 apartado a.

The objective of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) is to provide additional and detailed information to interested parties about the policy for the treatment of personal data of the company GEOSKOP SL (hereinafter, “Geoskop”), complying with the regulations on this matter, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46 / CE is repealed, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

For what purpose do we process the User’s personal data?

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User’s personal data?

The legal basis that legitimizes and allows us to process the personal data provided through the data collection forms is the explicit consent given by the User through the acceptance of the checkbox made available through them.

How long will we keep the User’s personal data?

Said personal data provided will be kept indefinitely as long as the User does not request the cancellation of the service or the deletion of their data.

To which recipients will the User’s personal data be communicated?
